About

Where I started

During my 20s and 30s, I was chasing an acting dream that took me to Los Angeles, where I got my MFA in Acting for Film. I made a movie that won 36 international awards, and I was nominated for best supporting actor at a film festival in Utah. I lived selfishly and put acting before everything else except maybe martial arts.
The Turning Point: From Triumph to Trial

Just when things were starting to take off, I had a severe neck injury that left me dealing with intense pain and ultimately led to neck fusion surgery. This was combined with two slipped discs in the lower back. This was a life-changing event, and believe me when I tell you that it was a tough time. The intensity of my emotions felt like a dense fog that enveloped my entire being, making it nearly impossible to see a way forward. I had to change because anxiety was all I knew.

My Breakthrough

I was lucky enough to find hypnosis, which reduced my pain and got me off the pills. It also helped update my software so that I could conquer my anxiety. I decided that I needed a job that I could do, no matter what was going on with me physically. So, I started training to become a psycotherapist at WPF. I soon realised that hypnosis was my preferred tool for psychological change, so I went in that direction. I gravitate towards Milton Erickson’s way of thinking.

Where I am Today

Today I have three diplomas from three different hypnotherapy schools. I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register, and I regularly see clients online and in person. I have become a stepfather to three boys, have a daughter, and have a family. My purpose has always been to have an impact and do good in the world, and I feel like everything that happened was for a reason. My reason is to help you with your struggles and get you to where you want to go.

My Specialties

I can honestly say I am now a non-smoker. I tried to smoke a cigarette roughly half an hour after our session, didn’t like it, and have not lifted a cigarette again. I was even out drinking with friends and was not tempted to smoke. I sometimes get the odd thought, but it passes really quickly. Thank you so much for all your help. I have recommended you to quite a few people, and I already know of one friend who has not smoked since having a session with yourself.
Thanks again

So great to hear from you!I definitely think the sessions worked, albeit to varying degrees. We’ve moved now to a house in the countryside, so there are many, many more spiders in our lives. Dan is 100% better. I don’t think he loves them, but he’s able to catch them and let them out in a pretty calm manner! This is a drastic improvement. I don’t think I’m quite as good as that, but I was able to catch a spider in a glass and let it outside, which is the first time I have ever been able to do that. Usually, there would just be a lot of screaming and running away. I still don’t love them, but there has been a definite improvement on both sides, so thank you! I’m not sure I would have coped in the new house without your sessions 🙂

Since having hypnotherapy sessions, my OCD has changed dramatically. I think the best way to describe how successful this has been for me is on a severity scale. When I started, my OCD was 8 or 9 out of 10. However, now it is a 3. This is such a huge achievement, and this difference is felt on a daily basis. Although still a part of my life and not entirely gone, I feel more in control of my compulsions, and they do not dominate my life. There is still work to do, but with every session, I have felt stronger and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I wish I had tried it sooner!
